Communicating ESG for a giant Brazilian multinational and the third most sustainable company in the world, according to GlobeScan, in a consistent and thought-provoking way - that was the opportunity we had to tell a bit of Natura's story. Natura was a pioneer in developing a business model that values the standing forest economy based on the union between science, nature and traditional knowledge. This circle was the basis for the Ekos brand's support for socio-biodiversity.
Solution
Our job was to understand and enrich this narrative and, above all, to turn it into unique material. To do this, we interviewed employees and studied business practices in the Amazon, transforming this information into a material that is accessible and attractive to various parts of the company. As a result, lectures, institutional and promotional materials and knowledge management among employees are now supported by complete material on the relationship between Natura, the Amazon rainforest and socio-biodiversity.
Results
We also supported other brand projects, such as the construction of a narrative on the theme of "Renda Digna" (Decent Income), in text and visual presentation formats (Portuguese and Spanish versions), highlighting aspects such as human development, social impact and the business model. We answered questions about the role of income for human beings and for companies in this logic, and also the translation of this into Natura's business model, through integrated economic reporting with social, environmental and human dimensions. Among other projects, we reverberate the vision of a business that acts profoundly for sustainability.
