Faced with the climate tragedy in Rio Grande do Sul, the challenge was to amplify the actions and positive impact generated by the RegeneraRS philanthropic fund. Founded by IHG and Din4mo Lab, with support from Gerdau and Vale, the fund mobilizes resources from the private sector to support projects in education, housing, urban solutions and support for the people and businesses impacted.
Solution
This is where we came in as communicators of possible contributions to the reconstruction of the state, including investors, civil society, the third sector, politicians and opinion formers. We created the strategy to broaden the agenda on the urgency of mobilizing society to rebuild the state, as well as attracting new investors and helping to raise funds.
Results
We carried out intensive PR management work, reinforcing a multi-platform communication strategy for each group of stakeholders, adapting arguments and channels for each audience. The involvement was great and so were the results. So far, we've had more than 150 articles published, more than 30 million potential impressions and, above all, we've contributed to more than R$38 million in capital mobilization. We're still going for more.
